Where are my backups stored?
All backups are stored locally on your computer in your browser's download folder. We don't upload or store your conversations on any server - everything stays private and secure on your device.
What export formats are available?
Free tier: JSON, Markdown, HTML, and Text
Pro tier: All formats above plus ZIP archives, code extraction, and custom formatting options
How do I use the floating backup button?
The floating button appears automatically on supported AI platforms. Click it to quickly backup your current conversation. You can toggle its visibility with Ctrl+Shift+H (Cmd+Shift+H on Mac) or hide it in settings.
Can I get a refund?

The extension isn't working on my AI platform

Floating button not appearing
  • Check if button is hidden: Press Ctrl+Shift+H to toggle
  • Verify you're on a supported AI platform
  • Refresh the page
  • Check extension settings to ensure button is enabled
Export failing or incomplete
  • Ensure the conversation is fully loaded (scroll through it)
  • Check your download folder permissions
  • Try a different export format
  • For very long conversations, use ZIP format (Pro tier)
License key not activating
  • Ensure you're copying the entire key with no extra spaces
  • Check the email you used matches the one on your license
  • Wait a few minutes if you just purchased (key generation takes time)
  • Contact support if key still doesn't work
